You don't think Frist and McConnell are steaming mad about this decision? Bush said back when he signed it that he strongly objected to the free speech part of the Bill and was convinced the Supreme Court would reverse it. So I'm sure Bush is not happy about this and I would bet that McConnell has already spoke with Frist and Bush about their next plan. I blame the the SCOTUS for not defending the 1st ammendment, almost everyone thought parts of this bill would be struck down, I was one of them. I'm not happy about today's decision, but I'm not gonna sit out the election or go vote for Dean over it. We lost this one, but it's hardly over

The equal blame must be placed on Congress and the White House who also had a shot at striking down this bill and chose not to do so.

Well I'm not going to sit the election out either. What an absolutely stupid way to protest. But even if Frist and McConnell bring this back to the table, I just don't see Congress doing anything about it. You'll have the Dems saying the SCOTUS thought it was ok,- joined of course by the RINOS, and the Republicans won't have any majority to amend the bill. It may get done in the House, but the Senate is a wash.
