Well I'm not going to sit the election out either. What an absolutely stupid way to protest. But even if Frist and McConnell bring this back to the table, I just don't see Congress doing anything about it. You'll have the Dems saying the SCOTUS thought it was ok,- joined of course by the RINOS, and the Republicans won't have any majority to amend the bill. It may get done in the House, but the Senate is a wash.

They can attach the change in the law to another bill that is popular and not worth killing the whole bill over it. It's done all the time. Daschle did it with forestry regulations in South Dakota. he attached the change in the laws to the Defense Bill

Good. Sitting out isn't a protest, it's a cop out. It enables the pols to chalk it up to voter apathy and dismiss it.
VOTE 3rd. Party and really send a message. If a few million people vote third, it will send an indeleble message, that we cared enough to go vote and we've rejected them so they'd better start acting like Conservatives or they're dust.
