Gee, so "spending" is up.

Goodness, we had better gloss over what we got for that spending, right?! After all, we've got to have something to bash Bush about (such as hype) besides facts, policies, and people.

There any room in here for those of us who admire Bush's accomplishments, but are alarmed at the outrageous level of government spending, gross negligence in immigration matters, and acquiescence to judicial tyranny?
