What a stupid move by the Atlanta Falcons.
The very fact that Michael Vick single-handedly beat one of the best teams in the NFL (the Carolina Panthers) last Monday night speaks volumes on why Dan Reeves had trouble with his team--if Vick had been healthy this season the Falcons could have been seriously contending for a playoff spot.

The Falcons have traded off some of their better talent.

Vick played the final two series in a Nov. 30 loss to Houston, then finally made his first start last weekend. He rushed for 141 yards -- the third-highest total by a quarterback in NFL history I think he holds the number one spot for that stat too.

121 yards.

My dead pool entry says three coaches that played against the Cowboys this year will not be with the same team next year. Here's one. Sorry to see Dan go but the losses without Michael Vick proved they were winning because of the QB not the coach, when that happens you get rid of the coach.

Traded talent? I bet you can't name one talented player that they have traded.
They have drafted poorly. Not traded. Coach Reeves is a honarable man and deserved a better handling of this situation.

I know some people that work at the Georgia dome. Reeves lost this team during the redskins game. Blank had no choice.
I am at work so I don't have time to go into details right now, but I will explain later.

Coach Reeves may be an honorable man, but when he coached the NY Giants he had one of the most boring, tiresome offensive game plans ever seen since the NFL adopted the forward pass.
