Now, after plugging the pdf story link into the handy Adobe converter, I am "not authorized to view this page."
While the UK Ministry of Defense has yet to return my e-mail (*g*), if you are qualified to view these now secret updates, please consider sharing them with us.
Thank you. (^:

Interesting that they seized more LAUNCHERS than RPG's. Running a bit short maybe?

am I "Authorized"? Why, yes. You are. (^:
I am very grateful for your "authorized" assistance. Though, by assisting the "unauthorized," you risk losing your "authorized" status.
Quite the honorable (and British, once), thing to do.
Thank you. *g*

That would be a good thing.
To: Ragtime Cowgirl
Wouldn't surprise me if US forces "assisted" in the discovery but gave credit to the Italians out of respect for their recent losses in Iraq.

Calling the patient Admin Mods (for the second time in a few days) to delete my "headline request," and perhaps a dup story post ~ or two. (^:

Those things aren't exactly in MINT condition are they?! I wonder if there is a psychologial profile that explains it. An army that believes in what it's fighting for (such as democracy) - I imagine the soldier is going to be proud of his weapon and do his best to keep it in good condition.
Terrorists are handed the weapons and told "to wait for the Iman to proclaim the appointed day of the Infatada". But they perhaps deep down don't have the true belief in their cause, other than just to blow stuff up. Also, I wonder if their suicide mentality may also play a role in it.

Those things aren't exactly in MINT condition are they?! I noticed that too. I don't think these weapons have been maintained at all. From the looks of them they might have been buried or stored uncrated in a dusty area.

Do the Arabs have a concept of having a personal weapon??
