OK, enough about the dead guy and his partner, the Beethoven of the 21st Century (and the 20th to boot!) who wrote that musical masterpiece Maybe I'm Amazed? Can we now talk about the groovy times we all had at Woodstock?

Bought 2 limited edition prints of Lennon drawings about 12 years ago for $75 and $125 each. Their now worth $6500 and $8500. The $3000 original my wife refused to let me buy is now worth about $22k. I rub her nose in it every chance I get. The prints are "Two as one" and "It's only Rock and Roll", a picture of Benny and the Jets.

Interesting, thanks for sharing. I always enjoy little pictures of the past, even if they seemed mundane at the time.

If she hadn't been executed, Mary Queen of Scots would be 461 today.

Well, does Michael Gray like girls with short hair?

Also, who in the heck is Michael Gray?

For that matter who are Andy and David?

Why is John Kerry standing next to Lennon?

It was taken at a 1971 anti-war rally. Kerry put this photo in a flyer that his sheeple pass out to college kids and green-haired anarchist types that they think are against liberating the Iraqi people and stopping mass murder.

Won't rubbing her nose in it damage its finish and value?

I think she's still alive. Isn't this her?

Anyway, all the discussion points are moot, since to the international connaisseurs, "objectively speaking, these guys were perhaps the greatest pop music songwriting team ever! (in spite of the few duds they created)."

Got To Get You Into My Life is a fav of mine.

Yep....those horns absolutely slay me.....
and then you move into Ringo's pounding drums opening up "Tomorrow Never Knows".

You know....that Tiger Beat type fluff that Revolting Cat likes.
