The man's an obvious elitist, no matter how much you want to fantasize away what he's doing to this country.

How is he more of an elitist than, say, Al Gore or John Kennedy?

Actually, I consider him in the same class of elitist, along with FDR, George Washington, and, even, General Lee. Class exists in our country, and thinking you can chum around with one of these people is juvenile.
