Hillary Clinton Refuses to Rule Out 2004 Vice Presidential Bid in ABC News Interview
ABC News This Week with George S. and George Will ^ | December 7, 2003 | George Will

Posted on 12/07/2003 1:35:51 PM PST by hapc

George Will and the host of 'This Week' were interviewing the Former First Lady and she was asked straight up whether she would accept, if asked the Vice Presidential bid of her party at the Convention.

She did not answer the question directly and said that would support the party's nominee.

To the viewer it looked like a statement of intentions.

Pats himself on the back.....

I've been expecting her to "pull a Liarberman" for months - As VP candidate, she gets to keep her Senate seat (as he did!) and ends up after a losing race as the front-runner for the next one.

And, as VP, she's NOT responsible for the "party platform" and so can liberally oppose, or support, and part of it she wants to emphaisie, or ignore, later!

And, as VP, she's "immune" to probing (intelligent) questions until AFTER the convention, and so can ignore them now - when she's "not running."

Hillary would have zero credibility even among the hard core Democrats if she runs for President this time.

But as a running mate..looking more probable every day!

Anyone running for president with her as VP had better hope that he loses. I sure wouldn't want to be holding the bag for his life insurance policy.

The only way she'd agree to second chair would be if she somehow knew in advance that the first chair was headed for an Arkancide..... But all joking aside, ole Wes ain't gettin elected no matter who is running with him. She knows this and will make her own run.

Never.

The sheep adore Her.

New York loves Her. They voted for Her. They deserve Her.

Thanks loads, New York, for being duped and furthering Her goals.

And no way she will play second fiddle for Howard Dean unless she sees it as something she must do to be the front runner next time.

Oh yes, she is running. She has on her "pink" clothes to look more like a woman for the voters.

Like a fat woman! All the views taken from behind her shows the tight wrinkles around the rolls of fat. Looks like she squeezed into that suit. Very unflattering.

She will run. And she certainly won't settle for the number two spot. Been there, done that. Now she has to be number one.

She will keep making these guerrilla appearances in the news, titillating people's interest, while the nine dwarves continute to be dwarves. If one of them ventures to get too far ahead, she will cut them off at the knees. If she can't stop Dean with unfavorable stories in the captive press, she'll fit him for cement overshoes. Then she will be nominated by acclaim next July, after the announced candidates fail to get a majority of the delegates.

NEVER FORGET

...As HILLARY keeps telling the American People that we must have more American Troops in Iraq and Afghanistan...

...HILLARY is really calling for the return of our Military Draft in time for next year's Presidential Election.

...A Military Draft that brought enough protest demonstrations to help bring down President LBJ in Election Year 1968.

The Enemy is now Within...
and always has been.

Who would have her as VP? She brings high negatives with her, and for Kerry and Dean does nothing geographically. You can count on Edwards or Graham as VP nominee if Dean wins the nomination. Near as I can tell only Clark would have her as VP, and his campaign's in a tailspin.
