MONTERREY, Mexico - The duet Air Supply was detained in the border city of Nuevo Laredo by Mexican migration officials after failing to provide documents to legally work in Mexico, officials said Friday. Air Supply had just finished a Thursday night concert as part of the city's annual carnival when eight agents from the National Migration Institute asked to see their work visas.

I'd detain Air Supply just because their music sucks so bad. Is that what it was supposed to be?

There were some high hopes in the music industry for "Men At Work."
Of course, they had the blockbuster debut album in 1982, spawning two number one smashes, followed up with the strong "Cargo" album in 1983.
Then they fell off the face of the earth.
At one time, it was expected that Men at Work would be among the biggest bands of all time. Right up there with The Eagles and Journey.
Colin Hayes was extremely talented as frontman.
It somehow all fell apart.

Has this been on your mind for 14 years then?
At least they weren’t “foreigner”.

Well I composed my reply back in 2003. I did have to sleep on it a while. Eventually, I decided it was good enough and I finally hit the POST button. I hope it delivered after all these year. I have strong feelings about Men at Work. They should have been a much bigger band. They were
absolute geniuses.
