I don't know if I could have withstood the pain Rush underwent, nor its resulting consequences.Your comment implies that Limbaugh's pain was the only factor driving him to use the drug, and that the best medical care money could but was negligent in alleviating or was unable to alleviate it. And so he had to bravely and forlornly break away from accepted clinical practice and medicate himself.
Nonsense.
Limbaugh was into the drug for the high. That's what addicts do, and that's why they concoct schemes to procure drugs in whatever way possible, just as Limbaugh did. Sorry to burst your bubble.

This is the sticky part for me . As you said, Rush had the money to get the best medical care. IF he did buy the drugs off the street, I want to know why. I understand the addiction, but not buying them illegally, unless no doctor would prescribe them for him. But I will give him the benefit of the doubt until he tells us what really happened.

Boy, Rush had no problem with his back when it came to jetting across the nation to play golf, but evidently he had to convey his pain to as many doctors as he could pay off.
"Elvis Limbaugh", portrait in hypocrisy....
