I have no problem with everyone being treated the same. I don't think the lives of government employees are more valuable than anyone elses. You seem to worship the state and it's agents above all else. I think they are the same.

Mmmmm, let's see, are they sure it wasn't a suicide? Even if the cercumstances and evidence leaves the appearance of an obvious homicide we all know attornies working for the US Government have been known to commit suicide. Besides, declaring a government attorney's death a suicide works for the better interest of the childern, so we can all just move on.

And whomever did it--or a bunch of whomevers--are toast.I wouldn't be too sure about that. This is Baltimore, where the thugs enjoy a relatively hassle-free existence thanks to the court systems and city council.

For all we know his murder was unrelated to his occupation. It's only one direction to look. A good investigation is followed where it leads.

Society will respond.I hope you are right. If not, there is a new sheriff in town, and he's not Roman.

Perhaps you will keep it up and before you can flee, will be drowned again.

Whomever killed him will be tried in federal court, not the state courts. Of course, his jury will be a reflection of the community, so we'll see how this turns out.

Down in Texas as well as numerous other hot spots like Calif, Oregon, Washington state, etc. numerous groups are spring up like crazy because the mask of deceit and control is slowly being peeled off this "alleged" legal system and those who seek to profit from it while causing untold misery to many unfortunate people who cannot defend themselves from the assault of legions of lawyers, thousand of codes, rules, regulations, etc. that these "alleged" gov't. leaders use to extort $ and property from those unwitting souls who can not or will not fight "the system" or the Matrix. In some cases , the refrain has become "those who have nothing left to lose....have nothing to lose".
This "alleged" legal system is slowly unraveling and as more of the people understand fully what's been done to us the reactions will vary from individual to individual. It's not become mainstream yet the second renaissance has begun and will not stop because the truth is becoming clearer all the time for many people and soon many of those who occupy public office or profit handsomely from the system will have to decide which side they're willing to line up on.

Things could be worse. That prosecutor will never again get to bitch about holiday crowds at the mall or about in-laws taking over his living room.
