Howard Dean sealed nearly half his governor's papers for years to come.
And he expects us to believe that he's not hiding anything?
In Dean we trust? I don't think so!!

Isn't it interesting how the Dems never complained about Bill Clinton's refusal to release his medical records, or Howard Dean locking up his Governor papers, yet they demanded Miguel Estrada give a detailed accounting of his work as a law clerk. What hypocrites.

As much as I detest the thought of Howard Dean as President, this is not an issue to jump on. This is typical of VT governors, not just Howard nor Dims in general. There's plenty of really good stuff to chase without this rabbit trail.

No more strange than republicans never making a noise about the EO that locked up Presidential papers again. Consistency is the mark of sound principles.

Ah ... but it will be fun.
Per Fox News, Howard Dean declared on Tuesday when asked, that George Bush had his gubanatorial files (Texas) locked up in the GHW Bush Presidential Library for many years to come, and Dean would release his own records if Bush would release his Texas Records.
Poor Dean - what he didn't realize was that in Texas, state law mandates open access, and while GHW Bush wanted to protect his records for abou 10 or more years, the law mandated that the records be open and available. AND THEY ARE. So ... how long before Dean releases the VT records???
