South Korean Deputy Foreign Minister Lee Soo-hyuck told reporters early Monday that he wasn't sure whether the killings would affect South Korea's participation in the restructuring of Iraq. It is too early to comment," Lee said. "We must take time to analyze things."
Just how many American's were killed so South Korea would not be restructered ala 'Juche'?
That said, thanks to the Brits, Aussies, Poles, Italians, and Spaniards for staying the course - a coalition of the willing is much better than a coalition of the waffling.

I did have my doubts about S. Korea, and it looks like it is confirmed

Roger that on the Japanese - there are others I probably left out to include additional former Warsaw-bloc countries.

FLASH....FLASH....FLASH....
On hearing that 48 of their allies were killed by American Troops in central Iraq -- France has tendered her surrender.
Fearing an attack on the French homeland -- France attempted to end hostilities by surrendering immediatly...
Unfortunatly -- no one would accept their "white flag", which appeared to be a soiled pair of underpants.
