What exactly does this mean in common speak? Does this mean that citizens are in the current states hip pockets for monies? Cause people follow the money. If we were able to implement a private funding source...we could lure people off the gov moneywise. Example, a private granting source for nonprofits.
Or did you mean something else?

If I'm not mistaken they voted down the convention a couple years ago. I thought it was in a general election.
I'll have to ask around and find out for sure.

Exactly. But not only citizens. Local budgets are substantially impacted by "Government funds". Since Hillary is the poster child for big Government money solutions for every problem, there is going to be stiff resistance to any action directed at her. Not to mention the howling and vilification by the accomplice press.
I did read the link from Judgewatch. Pretty ominous stuff. Just think, this the kind of gestapo tactics that would become routine for this country if Hill were to not be checked.
