Neeed help refuting PETA

Posted on 11/29/2003 7:08:01 AM PST by Sir_Humphrey

Any help would be greatly appreciated. (Private response is fine too)

Aagin I call upon the wisdom of my fellow freepers. My daughter is being indoctrinated by her 7th grade teacher who is spouting the PETA line about how the world would be a better place if everbody was vegan. I want her to intelligently refute this a__hole but I want her armed with evidence. Please point me to the apporpriate sources so I can, in turn, direct her.

As usual, thanks for your help.

but the father has a right to question it, I suppose.

You "suppose"?

Damned right he does. He not only has a right to question it, but to end it.

Here's a novel idea. Teachers stick to classroom subjects and quit wasting the kids' time and the taxpayers' money on frivolous bullshit.

It is doubltful that the earth could support the human population as vegan. "Who would you choose to die so that the world can be vegan?"
Unfortunately, if you dig into the philosophy of the PETA/Greenpeace/Elf types you will find out that their plans require the mass slaughter of a good deal of the world's population. They will fully admit this telling you that many people are better off dead. They have come to the conclusion that other people's quality of life do not meet their own standards and therefore deserve to die.

The basic tenet of the current environmentalist movement isn't conservation or preservation of anything. The goal is to hoard everything for their own use. The rest of the world be damned. All typical of the nihilist left.

Funny you should mention vegetables..........

It is a well known Zoological fact that most members of the simian genus group are not "Vegan" like certain PETA activists claim.

THEY EAT MEAT! RAW!, PUTRIFIED!, DRIED! FRESH! IT DOESN'T MATTER! They simply prefer MEAT above all other foods.

They regard fruit and vegies much the same way we do, SOMETHING TO ADD VARIETY AND FLAVOR TO THEIR MEAT!
