Does he ever. We all jumped to our feet when the news broke. Truly a memorable Thanksgiving. The troops were so thrilled. It was awesome watching with my dad, a World War II veteran. He was so caught up in the excitement of it all.

Ho Chi Minh was a founder of the French Communist Party and THE founder of the Vietnamese CP. I don't recall that he was student in France but certainly he spent much time there.

Cambodian students Pol Pot, Khieu Sampan, and the rest of the Khmer Rouge leadership developed their insane programs while studying in France.
