"And where's Bubba??I think he's in Paris. Not sure.
Your point is, I think, these two don't get along and stay from each other.
That is becoming ever more true.
The interisting part of this marriage is that Bill is the money winner and Hillary wants the money.
It is getting testy. I don't have the answer on this one.
Your guess? my guess? I don't know.

The effect on troop morale can not be underestimated. Er, I hope you meant to say that it can't be overestimated...
To: PhiKapMom
I'm amazed that this could be kept under wraps with all the ppl that knew...... I'm glad it was and the troops got to enjoy this visit. It will be a moral booster for sure....

LOL. It's just one F-bomb after another on that DU thread. They are absolutely frothing at the mouth. It truly is a meltdown the likes of which I've never seen. Is the coarseness and vulgarity of that thread typical on DU?

All that and no St. Crispin's? Ah, what the hell, I'll throw it in :-)
Before the Battle of Agincourt, Henry to his men:
This day is called the feast of Crispian:
He that outlives this day, and comes safe home,
Will stand a tip-toe when the day is named,
And rouse him at the name of Crispian.
He that shall live this day, and see old age,
Will yearly on the vigil feast his neighbours,
And say 'To-morrow is Saint Crispian:'
Then will he strip his sleeve and show his scars.
And say 'These wounds I had on Crispin's day.'
Old men forget: yet all shall be forgot,
But he'll remember with advantages
What feats he did that day: then shall our names.
Familiar in his mouth as household words
Harry the king, Bedford and Exeter,
Warwick and Talbot, Salisbury and Gloucester,
Be in their flowing cups freshly remember'd.
This story shall the good man teach his son;
And Crispin Crispian shall ne'er go by,
From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be remember'd;
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition:
And gentlemen in England now a-bed
Shall think themselves accursed they were not here,
And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
That fought with us upon Saint Crispin's day.

It's typical of Liberals. As my Grandmother said, "Profanity is the feeble mindeds' way of expressing themselves with force". A trip to DU prover her right.

It's a new World.
...As we now see a Communist Vietnam turning to America for its own protection during a new World War on Terrorism as China's Power and influence extends over all East Asia...
...and America turns to Communist Vietnam for the very same reason.
...The real invasion of Vietnam began when convulated French Communism was instlled in Paris, France University Student HO CHI MINH's head during the 1920's...
...and he brought it home to personally infect all of Indo-China.
It's a new World.

President Bush rocks! Does he ever. We all jumped to our feet when the news broke. Truly a memorable Thanksgiving. The troops were so thrilled. It was awesome watching with my dad, a World War II veteran. He was so caught up in the excitement of it all.

Wonder if Senator Hillary and her cronies are in shock and awe. Don't you wish you could have seen the look on her face when she first heard the news about the President being in Baghdad? :-)

It makes me proud to be an American. It motivates me to get out the checkbook and the walking shoes to get this man re-elected. God bless the CIC and the men and women who serve under him.
You and me both. I have been dreading this election with all the negatives from the RATs, but not anymore. I am ready to do what it takes to insure that President Bush gets Four More YEARS!

You latched onto my thoughts exactly. How would you like to be a public figure flying into Baghdad a day or two after the President leaves? LOL!!

"Can anyone imagine the D.U. threads at this time? Wonder if they are all on a Jim Jones Kool-Aid Watch over there...."
A look earlier to day revealed the following themes:
Bush is a coward for going in secret
This trip must have cost 10 million dollars
I'll bet they faked it on a Hollywood set
My Thanksgiving has been ruined
Karl Rove is an evil genius
etc.

French Communism was instlled in Paris, France University Student HO CHI MINH's head during the 1920's...Ho Chi Minh was a founder of the French Communist Party and THE founder of the Vietnamese CP. I don't recall that he was student in France but certainly he spent much time there.
Cambodian students Pol Pot, Khieu Sampan, and the rest of the Khmer Rouge leadership developed their insane programs while studying in France.
The murderous agrarian progrom of the Khmer Rouge was adopted wholesale from Khieu Sampan's PhD thesis at the Sorbonne.
