I've put a dash of cinnamon in my coffee maker for a long time. Also those blocks of Mexican chocolate have cinnamon in them.

I sprinkle cinnamon on my pork chops or tenderloins (with a marinade) before I grill them. Tastes great. Try baking your acorn squash with butter, honey and cinnamon, mmmmmm good. Cut and saute apple slices with butter, sugar and cinnamon to accompany your pork entree's.
