Didn't you get the memo???/

You can't say "Christmas"---it might offend someone.

Oh, and I'll make sure you get another copy of that memo.

Sadly, I will miss your event this year. I'll be in sunny Phoenix.

Give my warmest wishes to the DC Freepers.

I'll have my social secretary check the calendar. Assume someone is checking the list of who's been naughty and who's been nice?

Won't seem the same without our Iowa girl friend. There was a tradition that was getting started.

Please let our congressional friend from Iowa know that we wish him the best of the season and that he would be more than welcome.

Will do! He's been quite busy of late. Since no one else seemed to be willing to do it, he's been traveling the state dishing out the GOP message. And a very fine job, he's doing of it.

It is hard for me to believe that Jimmy Valentine's other brother has been so naughty that he would not be welcome at the DC Chapter's Christmas Party.

Well...that's because we have lower standards.

See ya on the 12th. I'll be bringing your sister-in-law with me. You bringing my sister-in-law with you?

Sad to say that my family connection in DC is moving. My DIL and grandson are moving in with us while my son moves to Iraq for a while.

he's been traveling the state

Well he's pretty good on his feet and state wide exposure can't be all bad. Just has to tend to district busness and personal business from time to time so that there are no surprises.

Just ate at the Orleans House last Saturday with a lot of my soccer players and parents. We had a tournament in Bethesda. It was fantastic, as usual.

Noticed something on the menu that I had not seen in the past, "We serve more steak than any restaurant in the U.S., maybe the world."

Will try and make it. Will know later.
