Rita has huge journalistic talent and is a good interviewer.
Unfortunately, she has gone tabloid and decided to shill for the DA on EVERY case in the last two years. I think that she is biased.
At her height, she was interviewing world leaders.

Sounds like Geragos alright. Actually in the Peterson case he is throwing all sorts of theories out there to see which works ... Satanism, druggies gone wild, cross contamination of DNA, antics by the prosecution. Expect more silliness ahead.

I wonder how Geragos will explain away love notes to a 12-year-old written in Jackson's own hand. He'll earn his money on this one.
To: Sabertooth
If Mark Geragos got the boy and the boy's mother to sign statements that "nothing happened," when he had good reason to believe that Michael Jackson was a child molester, several consequences follow. 1. Geragos should be disbarred as an attorney. 2. He should also be arrested and tried for obstruction of justice.
Jay Leno was right when he said that "Geragos is the lawyer for clients who are too guilty for Johnnie Cochran."

Kill the messanger? We're asking for Jackson's trial. Not the mothers.
PS....Bill OReilly.com has a poll on homosexual marraige. (They'll be able to adopt their boy toys legally)
To: Sabertooth
Michael Jackson deserves to be treated innocent until proven guilty, but also deserves to be treated wealthy until driven broke by Gerago$.

but also deserves to be treated wealthy until driven broke by Gerago$. He'll dump on Peterson. There's money to be made with the homo queen case. It'll get all the attention now.

Is this tabloid trash really Front Page News?
Im sure we'll get hours of updates on this story all day over at FNC, because this is the most pressing issue facing our country, besides maybe Kobe and Laci, but I guess that was so last week.

Odd how the psychologist who reported the "alledged" crime to the police is not part of the defense strategy. Treatment may be subject to an exception under the CF rules of evidence.

Remember the affidavit mill that Clinton's lawyers used to run? Sign here is you have not been a)molested b)raped c) harrassed, etc. by Clinton? Geragos learned from the masters.

I've read where pedophiles get the parents to engage in something illegal, or get the victim to do something wrong, then the pedophile uses black mail to control them. Neither the parent or child will tell, because they could get in trouble, too.
It's a psychological trap that can be very powerful depending on how serious the black mail tool is.
I'd guess Jackson already set the mother up with something to use against her. That way, he silences her, or ruins her credibility if she confronts him.

I find myself really appalled by what is shown on the news channels. Of ccourse, if that is what people want to see, they will keep changing channels till they find it.

Ah, the Cochrane defense. Somehow I don't think this one will be in downtown LA.

' "It's really hard for us," said Pascale Hatot, a 37-year-old fan from the suburbs of Paris. "I haven't been able to sleep or eat for three days." '- This kind of cultish behaviour really gives me the creeps.
