don't these pictures say a lot??? I've been waiting to see a side by side of these pictures. Thanks for posting them.
Every major speech of President Bush seems to be met with the same response by the media, that it was extremely well written and even well delivered. They always act like it was the first time he was even coherent. I would match his speeches in Prague, after September 11 at the National Cathedral and at the UN, at the UN last year and now in England with the best 5 speeches of any other President in my long memory.

We can put up with Americans who seem ashamed to be American. Woe betide them, however, if they are proud of it. They will have to put up with our weapon of choice: the condescending sneer.

Change the word 'American' to 'Texan' and you have the attitude of the bi-coastal so-called elites toward President Bush.

Re Matt Munro (from the 50s or 60s) - I bet he was thinking of Eminem and something got twisted in the editing.

Anyone who has been in a university recently should know, having the wrong politcal beliefs can aversely impact a grade point average. I can't say how it was when Bush was at Yale, but let's say in general grade's can reflect a student's political positions more than intelligence.

The lower picture doesn't show it, but Hillary and Chelsea were wearing pants (I guess it was some sort of feminist statement, but NOT proper protocol) and Chelsea's pants, IIRC, were too long.

"Britishly"I wondered at that one too. Grammatically it's got to be wrong, but perhaps it's a sly dig, understood only in Britain, at the parlance of upperclass Brits.

They think he's stupid because of his dyslexia and his speech difficulties. These are common impairments that some ignorant people associate with low intelligence. In fact, such neurological impairments often result in adaptations that make a person MORE developed in higher areas of brain function. This is not conjecture. This is a fact I see in my daily life.
