Terri needs many gifts for her birthday, some of these gifts are her God-given rights engendered in the Declarations of Independence and given to us by God: LIFE, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness which are reaffirmed in the 5th and 14th amendments to the Constitution.

But most importantly is the best gift we can give her is that of us coming together as one body in Christ on her Birthday, December 3rd, in Prayer so that justice will prevail and for her to get those unalienable rights and life back where she can live with dignity and peace, recieve her sacraments and be able to rehabilitate and heal herself.

In 1973 two things happened:

1. The Endangered Species Act was enacted where animals, trees and scum in rain puddles became protected under law.

2. Roe vs. Wade where 9 mortals, allowed it to be made possible for Humanity to slaughter, burn, aspirate and sever Human Babies, created in God's image and likeness. Since then, humanity, and the USA,  spiraled in a downward trend.

Touch a turtle egg or its nest, Canadian goose or a spotted OWL and get a yr. in jail and a $50K fine, and don't cut down certain trees or fill in that puddle! abort a child, get paid $750.00. And we wonder why there is NO respect for HUMAN life created in God's image.

This is why we need to inculcate a culture of life in our society in general and in churches and schools (starting in kindergarten) . People tend to think of children as disposable items.

A pro-life education Program

It's a grievous sin that animals and turtle eggs are afforded more protections and rights than a human fetus and baby created in God's Image with a soul.

Man:
Kill the humans (abortion) and save the Bears, the spotted owls, the Canadian Geese and the whales and don't crack that turtle egg!!

You can get fined up to $10,000 for messing with those eggs and baby-killing physicians get paid government and private money $$$ to kill humans! Go figure.

Science and the ESA

The Govt. recognizes that a fertilized egg from an animal is "alive" and protected by LAW (The Endangered Species Act of 1973) and when an "alive" person created in God's image is growing and living in his mother, he's termed and given the moniker of just a blob of "unlive" protoplasm or tissue which can be aspirated if it's the mother's "choice" to do so with no protections under the 5th and 14th Amendments to the Constitution.

What "Terri-friendly" accomodations are available in the area? I do not want to spend $$ at any motel or restaurant at any place that does not support Terri and her family. Some very helpful businesses and individuals donated food & other provisions to the vigil -- can we get a list of Terri-friendly places?

New Guardian Urged for Terri Schiavo, More Evaluation of Her Condition Needed

Some are much more elegant at expressing themselves in prayers for Terri. I just want to add my thoughts and prayers to the list.

With today's good news about the guardian ad litem's recommending a new guardian besides her husband, Terri's family will be able to enjoy a very happy day tomorrow.

Guardian Ad Litem's Report

TALLAHASSEE- "I appreciate Dr. Wolfson's time and effort in this endeavor. I also respect the tremendous challenge of preparing an accurate, independent and thorough review of nearly 10 years of information in only 30 days. That Dr. Wolfson recognizes the continued need for an independent third party Guardian Ad Litem is encouraging, as is his recommendation that Mrs. Schiavo undergo swallowing tests and therapy. Based on this third party analysis, I am hopeful that Mr. Schiavo and his attorney will no longer prevent this vital testing from taking place. This would be a first step in the fresh, clean-hands start that Dr. Wolfson recommended at the end of his report.

"Taken as a whole, however, I am concerned that too many open questions still remain. Chief among them is the issue of Mrs. Schiavo's wishes, and whether or not there is clear and convincing evidence as to what those wishes were. The current court proceedings have not addressed this issue, or her current guardian's conflicts of interest, nor have I been given the opportunity to develop evidence, or test the accuracy of Mr. Schiavo's assertions on this matter.

"I am also concerned we do not know the expertise of the individuals who provided the 'answers' to the questions that are addressed in the report. I am sure that Dr. Wolfson, who indicated his reliance on 'good science-based medicine,' understands the importance of knowing which good scientists and good doctors he relied on to reach certain conclusions.

"As I have said from the beginning, the state must protect every Floridian's right to life, and in so doing, err on the side of life. As Governor, I will continue to do just that. Nothing in Dr. Wolfson's report leads me to believe the stay should be lifted at this time, or that Mrs. Schiavo should be deprived of her right to live."
