Jackson to turn himself in tommorrow (20 NOV 03) according to family. This is despite the recent reports from other news agencies that he assured Sherrifs' office that he would surrender immediately upon landing in Santa Barbara after returning from Las Vegas.

That's outrageous. Why should he be able to just waltz around his mansion when he's got an arrest warrant out for him. They better just go and arrest him pronto! God, some regular citizen could have an arrest warrant out for them for something minor and they would be at their door in no time flat. The nerve of that creep.
