I would think the biggest thing going against MS is that he waited an awful long time to 'remember' that Terri had said she would not not want to be kept alive. Gooooood point. Seems to me a great many people who are afraid of Michael, took their time reporting something favorable towards Terri, and this sham of a 'court' said: 'sorry, you waited too long'
