[history]
The 12-year-old boy at the center of the Michael Jackson child molestation scandal may have confessed to his psychiatrist that the pop singer plied him with wine and sleeping pills when he allegedly molested him, according to sources.
The boy has also hired Los Angeles attorney Larry Feldman, the same lawyer who represented the family of a 13-year-old boy who made similar allegations a decade ago, the sources said.

I saw the program. That is the kid who was holding his hand.
LInks to the program and stories
Gavin avoids spotlight
The 12 year old boy who talked openly of his close friendship with Michael Jackson has dipped out of the media spotlight following the broadcast of the documentary.
In Martin Bashir's film, Gavin told of how he struck up a friendship with the megastar two years ago after being told that he was dying of cancer. But Gavin and his family have remained tight lipped since the programme was broadcast.
Gavin stayed at Neverland with his family's blessing and spoke on camera of occasions when he has shared a bedroom with Jackson.
When Bashir put to Jackson that many people would think it inappropriate for a 44-year-old man to share a bed with a young boy, Jackson dismissed them as "ignorant" and "wacky".
"Why can't you share your bed? The most loving thing to do is to share your bed with someone. It's a beautiful thing. It's very right, it's very loving. Because what's wrong with sharing a love?" He added.
Reaction by the American public towards Jackson ranges from anger to pity.
One viewer said: "When you suffer trauma as a child you don't grow up. Give a six year old kid $40 billion and he's going to build a theme park with giraffes."
Gavin and his family could not be contacted at their home in California on the day that the documentary was premiered in America. Jackson said he always slept on the floor when Gavin was there. Asked if they ever shared a bed, he replied: "No. But I have slept in a bed with many children." They include former child actor Macauley Culkin, his brother Kieran and their sisters, who all slept in the same bed with Jackson. The star said it was always the children's choice to sleep in his bedroom and he was happy to oblige. He said: "It's not sexual. We're going to sleep. I tuck them in and I put a little music on and when it's story time I read a book. We go to sleep with the fire on and I give them hot milk and cookies. It's very charming and very sweet. It's what the whole world should do."

Just think, if Hitlery's goon Pellicano wasn't in jail, he would have been able to threaten this family into keeping quiet about what Jackson did to their kid. Now that Pellican is in the big house, people can speak freely now. Bad news for Michael. Bad news for Hitlery.

"...where the family put the child in harm's way to gain financial security...."
Yeah, the same's true with how some women dress. They're just asking for it...

Yes- which means there is videotape of him holding this kid's hand, the boy's head on Michael's shoulder, and his admission that they shared a bedroom- no way is he getting out of this.

The Jackson groupies are a sad group. They find out that the first settlement was "negotiated" by one of Hitlery's goons and yet they still buy Pellicano's and Jackson's spin on the victims families motives.

Bad news for Michael. Bad news for Hitlery. And probably bad news for lots of other people in Hollywood.

My thoughts exactly. I'm not making any judgements in this one until it goes to trial.

I was just watching CourtTV. They are alluding to Gavin as being the child with the complaint.
I wonder if he had cancer, since it was miraculously cured after he was with Jackson.
I was reading that it's the Bashir outakes that will nail Jackson. The really weird stuff wasn't aired.

Many big stars employ muscle and mouthpieces to do the unpleasant things for them, thus enabling them to be Peter Pan (la-la-la-la-la) all the time, tee-hee-hee

Hitlery's guy Pellicano is a real scumbag.
He threatened the 1993 victim's father into accepting the settlement. And the PI who the victim's father hired at the time to counter Pellicano, apparently was really working for Pellicano and planted bugs in the victims house on behalf of the Pellican.
It's going to be fun to see what happens when the Pellican bugs of Gennifer Flowers are reviewed. He supposedly tapes both his victims and his clients.

The DA said at the press conference that the law now is that the kid MUST testify against Jackson. They'll probably sue later. I think they should also sue the first family for letting Jackson off the hook so he could turn around and do it to other kids. Wonder how many kids he's molested in the last ten years.

According to the police, the law has changed in CA. There can be no pay off for silence. MJ is way out there, but I do hope he is innocent. If he is not, he deserves the max, but anytime a "Shrink" is involved I get a bad feeling. 12 year olds are easily manipulated, and MJ is an easy mark for a scam.

Yeah, the argument that "we HAD to take the $25 mil, they would have hurt us if we hadn't." is a little hard to swallow.

I saw a PI named Rizzo on TV this morning that made the point "I find it interesting that Pellicano went to prison yesterday." He went on to say that Pellican would do anything to get out of prison and Rizzo wondered if Pellicano had "flipped". He had been the first kid's PI and he said Pellicano made his life difficult.
To: Rebelbase
"The inmates will be serving justice over this one." Even if he went to prison, which is unlikely, he'd never be put in general population.

Yeah, that seems to be the case more and more (or maybe the truth is just trickling out...). And they want us to looovvve them (said musically). I guess it's true, follow the money...

Speaking of general population in prison, anybody know if that's where Pellicano was put?
To: LWalk18
Here you go....
Michael has known about this for quite some time. He got passports for the family and was going to pay to set them up in South America to shut them up.
He contacted Geragos months ago when Gavin's family was talking to their lawyers.
This was not a surprise to Michael. This is going to be a tough one from Jackson to get out of. He's toast.

This story just keeps getting creepier. I agree, michael jackson needs to be locked up. He's a predator. His nickname shouldn't be "jacko", it should be "sicko".

As I said above, Rizzo said Pellicano sicked PI's on him and his investigators and planted all kinds of lies in the press. I'm sure Pellicano planted the lie that Rizzo was really working for him. Rizzo also said "Jackson is the pedophile of all pedophiles."
