Shame on FOX NEws
My TV

Okay, so it's a stupid vanity that probably won't last 10 seconds, but I have to say shame on Fox news, their post Bush speech coverage is the lamest on TV this morning, they jumped to this stupid Michael Jackson nonsense almost immediately and now have some roundtable going on this subject instead of on the speech of our age. They're beginning to look more like the FOX network to me.

I agree. I am so tired of hearing about Lacy too.

You are right about Fox News - they have changed and become more like the Entertainment Network - ESPECIALLY ON THE WEEKENDS!

And don't forget all Kobe all of the time. I wish FR would have a filter so I wouldn't even see the headlines of threads I don't want to see.

Yes, but according to Greta's new commercial, "People love it!"
CSpan has been having a fairly decent follow-up discussion to the speech.

Amen, isn't that what court TV is for? Yesterday as Bush arrived in London they carried the stupid defense lawyer's press conference where he answered nothing.

Rupert Murdoch putting out tabloid journalism? I am shocked I tell you! Shocked!
Seriously, I tape Brit's show and watch it every night, and I even find an interesting interview occasionally on O'Reilly, but the rest of FOX is junk IMO. Ok, some people like Cavuto but I never see it.

Vanity or not- this needs to run a while so that FNC will see it. I am certain they monitor this board.
I'm surprised they can fit any MJ in, what with all the Laci and Kobe news.
I agree with you- there is some mighty lame programming on FNC. Not all, but much of their day and nights is dedicated to laci, kobe, now MJ - instead of what I think is important.
Of course, FNC has no obligation to broadcast what I think is important. But if they never broadcast what I think is important ... and they always broadcast what I think is UNimportant, then I watch less and less.

Kobe, Scott, and Michael. I think they should just get the three of them together for a reality show. They can just show that 24/7.

I forgot to add, I mostly watch Scarborough any more in that timeslot.

CSpan has been having a fairly decent follow-up discussion to the speechYes, that's where I've ended up. Like the guy who called from VA. and said Bush had changed his opinion. But I'd like to see some live coverage from London, you know, to see what's going on. is that too much to ask from these so-called news networks?

Did you watch the speech?
If you did then what else can FOX tell you that you already don't know?
and who cares what some lame protester in London thinks anyway.

They'll break into the continuous loop Laci/Kobe/Jackson stories later today to cover Hillary!'s announcement.

Correct. I switched to *gasp* PMSNBC and was pleasantly shocked by their on-scene reporter's grasp of the speech and her praise for POTUS.

There's just this sensationalist approach, oddly I remember thinking just a few minutes (before this thread) ago that they seemed all to quick to jump to Never Never Land.
NOTHING more important happened in this country in the last 24 hours? Of course that isn't the case - they have to purposefully DECIDE to cover this schlock.
