The FDA recommended levels are 2 to 4 ppm, ie 2000 to 4000 ppb, much higher than those given above. And the FDA document states plainly that these levels are recommended not because they are necessary for safety, but because they are readily achievable. In other words, there is no proven threat from "organic" cereals.
Which is hardly surprising. After all, if "organic" foods were lethal, we'd all have died out in about 4002 BC.
