And this is EXACTLY how Terri came to be nearly killed on October 15th.
IMO, the 2nd DCA appears to have been a gang of cold-hearted thugs in the past. They are also too personally involved in this case to be impartial. And they should recuse themselves from this Constitutionality issue, and forward the challenge to the proper Tallahassee courts.
Unless they do that, we should RECALL or REMOVE ALL of these judges!

In a search for her, I came up with an Amy Quezon who is associated with the law firm, Wilkes & McHugh, P.A., and her bio states she specializes in patients' rights in relation to nursing home care.
I expect this is the same Amy.
However-twice I have tried to use the contact email links on the firms web page only to experience the hated screen freeze, re-boot and lost time as a result. Not trying again. The phone number for the firm is 1-800-255-5070 and I will attempt to call her tomorrow if attaining an email address for her fails.
I would like to call her attention to our threads here-as there are some thoughtful, well sourced, comments regarding this case and information about Felos she may find helpful.
