I totally agree with you. I was disgusted with Reno - and Ashcroft is also derelict in his duties. I can't believe the Clintons and Reno got away with what they did.

Another fact I just discovered was that Mueller was in charge of defending the FBI and government against the charges in Waco. His reward? To head up the FBI...

I "feel your pain" that Ashcroft won't prosecute them, but I have come to the conclusion that whatever came out would be so damaging to the country that the GW whitehouse CANNOT do it.
Thbat is the only thing that makes sense to me.
It just has to be a crusial reason somewhat like that scenario.
