Go to C-Span:
http://www.c-span.org/ and click on the "Senate GOP News Conference on Judicial Nominations Debate (11/14/2003)"
About 30 minutes into the press conference, Lindsey Graham GOES OFF on Kennedy's comments about these judges being Neanderthals, and Orrin Hatch says that he and Ted Kennedy have been friends for a long time, but wonders what has happened to Ted Kennedy in the past couple of years, that his comments have become exceedingly volatile.
On my version of Real Player, I can fast forward through to the part I want to see, but the whole news conference is well worth watching.

Orin ought to get his friend a bottle of cheap whiskey and a hooker with the clap.

Lindsey Graham GOES OFF on Kennedy's comments about these judges being Neanderthals . . .Fox just played a clip of Lindsey declaring the whole filibuster thing is surely unconstitutional, and pledging to take it to court.
The look on his face was one of deep resolve.

FOX News just said something about Lindsey Graham stating that he is going to take this to court. He said the filibustering of judicial nominations is unconstitutional and he wants to take it up ! Did anybody else see that ?? GO LINDSEY ! GO GOP !!!! ...

Orrin Hatch is always touting his "friendship" with EMK. Sometimes I think keeping EMK means more to OGH than just about anything else. Too bad the people of UT can't figure that out.

I watched this on replay on CSPAN this evening. I was compelled enough to write Graham and thank him for what he did. We need more Senators like him.

"Friends"? Ted Kennedy would snatch Hatch's beating heart out of his chest....in a N.Y. minute.
Hatch wonders what's happened in JUST the last couple of years..!?!?!?!? CRIKEY..!!!
Another reason I seriously question Hatch's judgement, and critical thinking skills. If the voter's of Utah...don't get rid of that guy. He should just retire..!!
FWIW-
