What about BILLBOARDS asking for their impeachment?? LOTS would be willing to donate to that cause....

My reply: My only question is where do I send my check? Even though I am not in Florida I would gladly donate to a campaign to recall them. Again jsut tell me where to send my check.

just heard on the news that the DCA has made a decision on the Schiavo case. How do we find out what's happened?

Bush filed an emergency appeal Friday afternoon, after Baird ruled against him. I think it's good that the 2nd District Court of Appeal ruled quickly for Bush.

The legislators could have been misled about feeding tubes being inhumane in that they were probably told that it is wrong to force-feed someone who is terminal, as in actually dying. I don't care what Felos argues, whether Terri is PVS (which personally I don't think she is). In any case she is not dying.

It's interesting to me that in the malpractice trial in 1992, it was argued by MS's attorney at the time that Terri would have a life-span of 50 years. Expert testimony helped the jury reach the decision that Terri life expectancy was 17 years because of the supposed bulimia, and they awarded based on that figure instead.

Me too. I was refering to the Disability agency though. I would have thought it would take a lot longer. I think it's a good sign that they haven't issued a formal report yet though.

Oh, that's an interesting idea - maybe MS wants her to die before she exceeds her predicted life expectancy, as that would tend to cast doubt on the diagnosis of bulemia as cause for her collapse.

We started going to Lake Ave. in 1976. We joined the church in 1979, while Ray Ortlund was still pastor. I joined the choir in '80 and we have been going there ever since. We are attending Pasadena Nazarene some too now for their worship services. Definitely a small world! A WONDERFUL world of when you think of believers in Jesus Christ!!
