[history]
A new "hate-crimes" proposal supported by Democrats and key Senate Republicans, including Sen. Orrin G. Hatch of Utah, would vastly expand the federal government's power to prosecute such crimes committed anywhere in the country.

Has anyone else noticed that virtually every stance Senator Booby Hatch takes is exactly wrong?

What on earth is Hatch thinking? The Democrats are engaging in an unprecedented series of filibusters against judicial nominations, and he's pushing
this?
All this "hate crime" garbage sounds like something from 1984.

It's not just in Canada, either. The thought police are alive and well in
Britain too.

It stands to reason that two of the biggest morons in the Senate would co-sponsor legislation to crack down on "bad ideas."
After all, to these idiots anyone with half a brain is a palpable threat.

Amazing how the Dimocrats act as though they're still in power. Can you blame them considering all the help they're getting from the Orin Hatches and John McCains in the Senate?
To: Reaganwuzthebest
So true. The Dimocrats do get a lot of support from RINOs. I guess you really can't blame them.
To: Rightone
I wish Orin would stay the hell out of the scotch.
