I would wonder if other passengers might have been glad to have a wiggly little toddler quiet for the flight. But,.... it's ok if the parents used Xanax.

Good Lord, an airline story with both of my air travel pet peeves: caterwauling babies, and boy stewardesses. Both should be banned from airliners.

Too bad the mother didn't have the foresight to give the baby something to keep it quiet. Maybe one of those mothers who think their child is so precious that she should share it with everyone else.

OK, an idiot to be sure, but there have been times when flying cross country red-eyes with 2 or 3 screaming lil 'uns behind me that I was wishing someone would do something like this. Good intentions, poor execution.

A Northwest Airlines flight attendant who spiked a toddler's apple juice with an anti-anxiety drug to stop her crying was sentenced Wednesday to four months of home confinement.

He should have been publicly whipped for what he did and then forced to work a year as compensation to the family.
