I thought that the Dims just invented "filibustering" judges this year????
Yes . . . there is ONE lone voice . . .

If you have then what exactly are they trying to prove?
The RATS are masters at situational ethics. Thus, statements made by them in the past have no effect if they conflict with statements they are making now. There's a line by Paul Neuman in one of his movies, "Hud" I think or maybe "Cool Hand Luke" -- "I believe the law was meant to be interpreted in a lenient manner. Sometimes I lean one way, sometimes I lean the other way."
A perfect summation of the RAT philosophy.

BINGO!!!
Sadly, they can do it because average American - Jane and Joe Public have attention spans of about three seconds. After that, all is forgotten Well, except when the Joie does something wrong to Jane. Then it is remembered for a minimum of 37 years.
In typical demorat fashion, whether in the Congressional Record or not, they'll spin it as a sign of the times.
