"Should the President's nominees to the federal bench be allowed an up or down vote on confirmation as specified in the Constitution?" Quite frankly I don't like poll questions like this. The last part of the question "...as specified in the Constitution" makes it a lead in question with the NORMAL reaction to be YES. Given that this question is losing shows that the RATS are skewing the data. They don't care what the Constitution says.
That said, I still voted.
