NEW YORK (AP) -- A state judge ruled Wednesday that there was no winner in the ugly court battle between Rosie O'Donnell and the publisher of her defunct magazine, saying neither side would collect any damages.

Minutes after both sides rested in the case, state Supreme Court Justice Ira Gammerman issued his surprising ruling to conclude the bench trial.

Gee, no one has mentioned that Rosie thanked her WIFE Kelly Carpenter and her in-laws. She also stated that she 'gave birth' to a fabulous new broadway musical named ' Taboo' which will bring " yellow and light and peace" to Broadway. She also said that this court case proved that there can be peace in the world and it's important for us all to have peace.

No, amazingly it WASN'T sarcastic! I remember during the 1996 Presidential Campaign, after she made her "Bob Dole sucks" remark. Family Circle magazine did a slobbering, fawning article about her referring to her as the "Queen of Nice".

Well, that was too much for me: I wrote them stating that she was NOT the "Queen of Nice", just another foul-mouthed, mean-spirited Hollywood liberal, and that Sen. Dole lost the use of his arm and nearly lost his life defending our country so that people like her would have the freedom to "express" themselves.

Needless to say, Family Circle did not publish my letter. I cancelled my subscription, and have never bought another of their magazines.
