No. Young student. Those chosen for the "All Stars" quiz are the ones who gave the dumbest answers on Jaywalking, his segment where he does man-on-the-street-style interviews. Asks questions. ... I only had it on as background noise, but I did hear two answers that I recall:

(paraphrasing) What's the famous Irish landmark people like to kiss? ... He then gave the hint "Blarney." Reply: "Rubble." (The chance to get to kiss the famous Blarney Rubble sounds like a good excuse for a trip to Ireland to me!) ;)
