This sentiment is on the Left, and before the cock crows we are going to find out that elements of the Left are finanically supporting the Iraq insurgency.

I'm not saying this represents anything but a radical fringe. Implying that liberals or Democrats support his kind of poison is absurd.
Unfortunatly it's not all that absurd.

The only way to get rid of this slime bag WASP-Mafia, oil barron ridden cartel of a government, this assault on Americans and anything one could laughingly call "a democracy", relies heavily on what a shit hole Iraq turns into. They need to die so that we can be free.
What a raving lunatic. This person is undeserving of any of the rights and privledges affored her in the USA. I can only hope she renounces her citizenship soon and moves to a country she would be more comfortable like Cuba, China, Syria, etc.

Hmmm, when I read this; I don't see a politically disenfranchised person who feels betrayed by the US gov't. I see a 58 year old failure in life. Probably living off of welfare, and blaming everyone else for her poor choices. In her (limited) mind, she too could have been wildly successful ... oh, if only someone would kill the rich and give their hard-earned possessions, businesses and money to her. It's so much easier to blame someone else for your situation, rather than look at the decisions in life that landed you were you are.
It's probably a psuedo cover for that terroist supporter Rep. Cynthia McKinney (GA-RAT).

I don't read her that way at all. I read her as one of the NOW gang, not very attractive, on the heavy side, no personal life worth mentioning (no husband, children, home of her own).
She went to all the right feminist meetings, marched in all the protests, supported all those candidates who promised to make a difference. But .. in the end, even after all the promising career moves .. none of it ever brought the satisfaction she longed for.
Instead, she is left alone, bitter and totally disappointed by life. That leaves her with only one alternative - hatred of those who she believes control the world.

I am starting to think that the time is near to go to war with them. I find very little difference between these cretins and Al Q. Enemies foriegn and domestic. The domestic enemies need to be eliminated as well. Now, now. They are few and the people on the voting plantation wont put up much a fight being unarmed and all. They probably arent skilled in conflict and are poor strategists.
I also think any type of conflict is YEARS away so that type of talk isnt needed yet nor does it make us look any better wanting to "eliminate" political enemies. Just scoff at them until the moment they threaten us with violence. Right now, they are just a bunch of smelly idealistic fools continually marginalizing themselves.

Hey, check this out. This isn't the first time that Starpass (from DU) has wished death on our troops. I've been doing a little research and found this:
http://www.ejectejecteject.com/cgi-bin/mt-comments.cgi?entry_id=14
Hopefully as these repuke loving GI's die and are attacked by gas/chemicals, etc., the result will be a turning against Bush here in the Homeland by the brain dead public. Maybe by the deaths of these GI Neandethals who think that Bush and the repukes are God, "we the people" will be able to have the ammo to overthrow this Nazi regime. Too bad these guys can't take a hint from their brass and understand that they are being used, their safety disregarded, simply for the advancement of corporate America
That was posted by Starpass. The link is given later on that page- apparantly, it has been pulled.
NOTE:
The site I link to does not support that view, they are simply commenting on it. Also, that post was from Last Year- so this is nothing new for that particular poster.
I'm still digging. I've got some threads I saved from DU from March and April where they call our soldiers murderers but I'm saving them for a comprehensive effort. It was good of Andrew Sullivan to bring this to the media attention but a more concerted effort is needed now. I tend to think it would be good for the American public to see that this is indeed the dark heart of the democratic party.

I knew about the DU hatefest because someone emailed me a link a few days ago. My husband had some good ideas about turning this malignacy back on the Democrats.
My husband suggested that you contact a local Vietnam Veterans group and speak to them about the growing anti-military movement among the Democrat party. Arrange to speak at a Veterans Day Memorial celebration and tell the public what is happening in this country and the effect that it has on the men in uniform. Then make sure that the
speech gets news coverage. FreeRepublic can help with that.

Thank you for your service.I am angry that any serviceperson had to be subjected to that DU member's sociopathic diatribe.I wanted to believe it was a disruptor but noticed she is a long time poster. My reaction is that she should drown in a vat of her murderous bile.
There are not words to thank all our armed forces.I pray God protect those in harm's way.I honor your service and mourn the death of your friend.

And the liberals/terrorists/enemies of freedom are just jumping for joy at his death.
It is an absolute disgrace what has been going on in the media, and in the Democrat campaigns. These people are absolutely shameless, and we will not forget it. I agree with another poster that I saw that said that the Democrat Party is so over.
It is almost cartoonish what they are doing to themselves, and they can't or won't see it. My problem with all of this is that they are undermining morale for our Troops. Anyone who can not see the reality of that already, will likely never "get it."
I have come to despise the liberal media, and Democrats to a great degree.

That link took me to the most of DU that I have ever seen. I only read a few of the posts. I do not care for that style of message board. (I looked at the earlier hyper-link via this thread.)
I do not think very much of what I saw, although one of the few posts that I read indicated that some more thoughtful consideration should be given before such inflammatory posting.

From Neal Boortz yesterday 11/6:
My listeners love to keep their eyes on a website known as Democratic Underground. This is a website where Democrats gather to share their feelings about political issues, the war in Iraq, and, of course, George Bush. When these listeners see something particularly interesting they alert me by e-mail.
Yesterday afternoon I started getting notices of a posting on Democratic Underground from someone who calls herself "Starpass." The title of her posting was "I hope the bloodshed continues in Iraq." Starpass was writing to express her desire that far more American troops die in Iraq. Here is just part of what she wrote:
"The only way to get rid of this slime bag WASP-Mafia, oil barron ridden cartel of a government, this assault on Americans and anything one could laughingly call "a democracy", relies heavily on what a shit hole Iraq turns into. They need to die so that we can be free. Soldiers usually did that directly--i.e., fight those invading and harming a country. This time they need to die in defense of a lie from a lying adminstration to show these ignorant, dumb Americans that Bush is incompetent. They need to die so that Americans get rid of this deadly scum. It is obscene, Barbie Bush, how other sons (of much nobler blood) have to die to save us from your Rosemary's Baby spawn and his ungodly cohorts."
This from the party of compassion. This from the party that cares so much for you. I'll bet you just can't wait to get out there and vote for these Democrats next year, can you?
