[history]
Iowa State University student leaders voted 21-9 Wednesday to grant funds to a student organization that teaches about bondage and other sexual fetishes.
The Government of the Student Body gave $94 to the group, called Cuffs. Leaders of Cuffs said they requested the money to promote the group and try to increase attendance at its meetings.

"Receiving the money is a triumph for diversity," he said."
LOL...oh yeah...the poor bondage minority! I heard of their plight! Always tied up in knots over the least little comment.
These guys best watch out: getting government money always has strings attached.

Too low a representation amongst the alumni.

Hey, back in the day when I attended school, I took out my stress by drinking too much and peeing on the side of a building. These people are so much more creative then I was.

Well, they can't give funds to anything else as all their money is tied up at the present itme.

Whatever happened to the idea of government staying out of people's bedrooms?

This is what a $10,000/year college education gets you nowadays. Yep. Like Bluto said in Animal House,...Seven years of college down the drain....

If this became too well publicized, they'd really take a beating over it.

I don't really know how you discriminate, where you draw the line Once the schools started recognizing homosexual advocacy groups the line was erased.

These guys best watch out: getting government money always has strings attached. Obviously though, that is not a problem. The more strings the merrier.

They meet in the basement of the student center instead.

What about the club called Snuffs? They're the club that teaches about murder, rape, and other sexual fetishes. Shouldn't they get money to promote the group and try to increase attendance at its meetings, too? I'd think their goal would be a membership decrease.
Just imagine some of the problems faced by their membership chairman....
