| Sharpton Urges Democrats to Stop Obstructing Justice Brown Hooray for Al Sharpton, for showing he's not just some Jesse Jackson-like puppet reciting lines from the Democrat establishment's script. Sharpton on Wednesday urged Senate Democrats not to filibuster President Bush's nomination of California Supreme Court Justice Janice Rogers Brown to the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington, the nation's second-highest federal court. Brown, who has the nerve to be a conservative black woman who follows the U.S. Constitution in her rulings, is under vicious attack from all the usual intolerant groups of left-wing hatemongers. "I don't agree with her politics. I don't agree with some of her background. But she should get an up-or-down vote," Sharpton said. The Senate Judiciary Committee is scheduled to vote today on whether to allow her nomination to go to the full Senate. The Washington Times reported today: "Sharpton echoed the concerns of many conservatives especially black conservatives that Justice Brown is being opposed because she doesn't conform to the Democratic ideology that many blacks espouse." Sharpton said: "We've got to stop this monolith in black America because it impedes the freedom of expression for all of us. I don't think she should be opposed because she doesn't come from some assumed club." He compared the filibusters to the same sort of "pocket vetoes" used for so long against blacks. Wow, two independent black voices - that's a Democrat's worst nightmare. No wonder, as we reported many months ago, Democrat plantation overseer Terry McAuliffe put up Carol Moseley Braun as a straw figure to sabotage Sharpton's bid for the presidential nomination and to dilute black power. |

I don't agre with Sharpton in most issues, but he has always struck me as genuine. Aside from his ideology, I like him.

Well, that's all very nice, but Sharpton's got an agenda completely independent of the Justice Brown matter.
That's to make crystal clear to the Dims that they can't take the black vote (and hence, himself) for granted.
He'll need to be bought.

Now I am worried, the end must be near, I find that Sharpton and I actually agree on something. This is so frightening.

In the upcoming democratic primary (2004) ...
BIG AL NEEDS OUR HELP NOW MORE THAN EVER!
*** Register as a democrat and vote for Crazy Al! ***
During the May 3, 2003 demoncrap debate in Columbia, S.C., our man Al stated The way to move a donkey is to slap the donkey, and Im going to slap the donkey until the donkey kicks.
Lets help Crazy Al slap the donkey until it kicks.
GW has the Republican nomination sewn up. Its time for all good republicans, libertarians, and independents to stand up and be counted. Lets take a page from Sen. McCains play book. Prior to the 2004 democratic presidential primary in your state, re-register as a democrat and vote for Al Sharpton!
Lets ensure Crazy Al gets prime time speaking rights at the 2004 nationally televised democratic convention. You gotta love it. Line up, sign up, and send this to all your like-minded friends.
Here is a link to planned 2004 primary dates from the National Association of Secretaries of State:

Check here for the rules governing primary voting in your state:

How about an Al Sharpton yard sign?

Want to keep up on the latest on Big Als progress? Go to the Republicans for Sharpton website at:

Oh yea, and dont forget to call the local demoncrap party headquarters and ask them the following before the primary election:
1. Can I get a ride to the polls help them spend their money during the primaries so theyll have less during the national election. Have them take you the scenic route and stop off and do some shopping on the way home.
2. Are you giving anything away free for voting democrat? Cigarettes, booze, box of cigars, box lunch, etc. Ask for two of each.
3. Send 25 cents in the mail to the DNC and watch how much they spend on mailing you to give to the party. Always send their solicitation back to them with all associated literature in the prepaid envelope included in the mailing. They have to pay that postage upon return. Great way to help them spend money and keep you up to date on their propaganda.

Donna Brazille was working to extend the anti-Sharpton plot with a national program called "favorite son." With that initiative, the concept was to enlist local blacks to run locally to siphon the black vote from Rev. Al.
To: mgist
I don't agree with any of his issues but he hit a home run on this. I do enjoy listening to him however as he usually so far out of the game it is rediculous.

Hmmm -- So it's
Al Sharpton of all people who has taken the lead in taking the "high ground" within the Democratic Party? Heh!
Shows what an absolute psychotic train wreck the Rat party has become.
Their "national leadership" roster can now be considered the ACLU, the Elite Liberal Media, Hollywood, Terry McAullife, Donna Brazile, Michael Moore, Al Franken, Babs Streisand, Hillary Clinton, Howard Dean, and now Al Sharpton.

Sharpton has some really misguided political leanings, but he sure won't let the Dem leadership tell him how to vote, LOL. Gotta respect THAT rarity on the Left today (although he has a loooong way to go to catch Nelson and Miller). No wonder they were so desperate to put in Carol Mostly-Gone to split the black vote and cost him any realistic hopes.
To: Teacher317
Carol Mostly-Gone LOL!!!
PS: My favorite Donna Brazzille quote:
"Don't let whitey win - vote for Al Gore!"

Sharpton said: "We've got to stop this monolith in black America because it impedes the freedom of expression for all of us. I don't think she should be opposed because she doesn't come from some assumed club." Man, he must have gotten ahold of some bad crack or something, to be saying something this out of character for him. Either that or he's now going after the white conservative vote. I may have to go get some crack just to get my mind straightened out after reading this!!!
