The Facts About The Smoking Ban. If you're a business owner or not, this is a must read!

Every company's greatest assets are its customers, because without customers there is no company.

Businesses Harmed by Smoking Bans

Anti-smoking organizations insist that bans are somehow good for people in hospitality businesses. This chart shows otherwise. These businesses have lost a significant portion of their business as a direct result of smoking bans. Many are closed. Many that are still open have told us they doubt they'll survive much longer.

Most of this information comes directly from businesses that have contacted me or my colleagues. Some comes from newspaper articles. Blank spaces in the chart represent data that is unavailable, or that doesn't apply. (For instance, a distributor doesn't receive tips, and many owner-operators of small taverns don't have any employees other than themselves and family members.)

Questioning someone's experience with specific areas (Deleware) is not even close to personally labeling a person to drunk to think.

Huh? It was not a QUESTION of my experience but a slap at my credibility. Besides, I NEVER labeled anyone a drunk. YOU are the SLEAZE for incorrectly stating my post!

I just made an observation. Let's go back and look at one of GABZ posts and whatother conclusion could you make that GABZ spends a LOT of time in bars. HUH?

"That's a hoot!!! My bar bill on a Friday afternoon is more than that."

What aspect of Gabz's credibility can be questioned because she spends her time socializing in bars? That would add to her credibility when discussions about the bar business are taking place. Instead you are trying to say that her behavior lends to reducing credibility.

Your credibility can be questioned based on a lack of spending time in Delaware and the fact that you have outright lied in the past on these posts.

A lack of experience constitutes a reduction of credibility. Behavior does not lessen credibility, especially when that behavior leads to more knowledge about the subject being discussed.

I never said my ambiance was hazy smoked filled rooms, did I? My point is that you wish to use the power of government to force your WANTS on business owners. Conservative my ass...Maybe you should relocate to Saudi Arabia or Iran where government enacts a large degree of control over its populace.

I take that as a retraction of your sleaze posts against me for identifying Gabz's fondness for bars. Thank you.

I guess we should not have sent anyone to the moon since we had none with any credentials for the job.

Besides, the slur was the assumption of NO experience thus NO credibility. Typical slur.

My statement is no retraction of my comments. You have been dishonest throughout this thread. Once dishonesty is displayed, you can not expect anyone to give you any credibility.

The rest of your series of posts to me are not worth addressing.

You need to buy a dictionary and look up the meaning of veracity. Dishonesty is not stating the truth. You made claims, then you have purposefully disregarded direct questions of those claims. Your claims were proven false. You lied!
