Miller on Politicized Intelligence Memo:
Heads Should Roll
WASHINGTON U.S. Senator Zell Miller (D-GA) today released the following statement concerning a memo written by Democratic staff on the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence that suggests ways to politicize intelligence data:
I have often said that the process in Washington is so politicized and polarized that it cant even be put aside when were at war. Never has that been proved more true than the highly partisan and perhaps treasonous memo prepared for the Democrats on the Intelligence Committee.
Of all the committees, this is the one single committee that should unquestionably be above partisan politics. The information it deals with should never, never be distorted, compromised or politicized in any shape, form or fashion. For it involves the lives of our soldiers and our citizens. Its actions should always be above reproach; its words never politicized.
If what has happened here is not treason, it is its first cousin. The ones responsible - be they staff or elected or both should be dealt with quickly and severely sending a lesson to all that this kind of action will not be tolerated, ignored or excused.
Heads should roll!

So freaking sue me, I didn't know the DUmmies were spamming the poll, all right? Ease up, man. I know it's not over, I just had a bad moment after seeing that poll running 83/17 to "politics as usual," can you blame me?
If it wasn't over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor, it's not over now!

I wish he would remove the AUC from the list of Foreign Terrorist Organizations, though...

Read somewhere that now the memo has be attribeted to Rockefellr' office. most assume with that in mind that someone in his office wrote it.
Just occured to me with Bayh comment that R had been put under a great deal of pressure....that maybe he was the recipient of the memo. That would explain why "We would be surprised at who ut it in position to become public knowledge.
DOn't suppose that the Rat's are getting tired of the CLintons trying to pull strings....and are fighting back? Just a thought.

WOW!
Great post!!

I think some democRATS are definitely getting tired of the Clintons but then I think that Hillary is behind the memo.
Bayh leaking this to Hannity wouldn't surprise me one bit.

Thanks for posting this list. I haved it to my HD and showed it to my wife. This is terrific.
When I cast my ballot in 2000 for GWB, it was a solid vote against Gore. I expected little of GWB except more of the same old stuff. I was expecting that the Oval Office would be sanitized and little more. It is great to see such a list of accomplishments.
In 2004 my vote will be FOR GWB, instead of against one of the dwarves.

IF HRC or Terry A wrote the memo and sent it to Rocke', then the following makes sense:
1. Rocke turning the memo over to the media (As stated by a source today)
2. Roberts standing up for Rocke'
3. Bayh supporting and stating Rocke and "been under pressure.... yadda yadda
4. Statement that a senator needs to resign (HRC)
Maybe Zell, Bayh and Rocke are gonna try to take their party back from the socialist.

Sanitizing the Oval Office and replacing the carpet should also be on your list.
It is a "biggy" in my book. 8^)

That make perfect sense. I will bet Hillary is behind this -- you can just see that this has her fingerprints all over it and your scenario would nail that!
They better do something or they will have no party left to take back! If they don't get rid of the Clintons, they might as well switch parties.

Well I'd say he's created one heck of an "encore problem!"
The "New Tone" may now permeate the (once again) White House, but it certainly hasn't permeated Washington! They will NEVER get over FL and our FReeping of the attempted coup!!!
Excellent compilation of "Good Works!" Thanks.
It's just like with Reagan, however... Even if a President saves the planet from "Mutually Assured Destruction" and "Dooms Day" on a hair trigger for two generations, the Party of puke politics continues to defile everything in the great American tradition of moral superiority!!!
May great FReepers like you keep the fires of truth burning "from sea to shining sea."
