I wonder if there's any FReepers reading this who has a list of celebs compiled who broke the law and never served time. Or even Dimocrat public servants?
Unfortunately I do not.

You know, for the past couple of years it has seemed as if Rush has had half his brain tied behind his back. I gotta think the pain pills slowed him up a bit, and he was coasting along on past glories talking about football and golf all the time. Curtis Sliwa of WABC has been on pills for the past week for some medical reason or the other, and you can really tell. Curtis is much more incoherent than usual, which is really saying something!
I am very much looking forward to hearing Rush with his whole brain engaged and making up for lost time. I really think he is going to be better than ever, on his "A" game, day after day.
I just hope and pray he can stay off the pills. They are pernicious and very hard to kick, or so they say.
Rush is a very clever dude, and I am sure he has thought of his strategy for the coming months. I hope he comes up with a theme he can carry through from day to day. Something like the rugged self-reliance riff he was on back in 1999. Maybe playing Whack-A-Mole with the Democratic Presidential hopefuls is enough for a show, but I would love to see him use this opportunity to introduce a compelling theme. The whole World will be listening.

I seem to remember that the law is designed to stop those who aquire and provide illegal RX drugs...not the unfortunate who are buying them...???
Not the same "thinking pattern" as in the treatment of illegal drug users.

This is what those who don't listen to Rush don't realize. He isn't some guy who gets on the air for 15 hours a week and harangues mind numbed robots. Rush is incredibly talented! I don't even care for his personality but I am in awe of his talent and I do listen almost 15 hours a week.

Rush Limbaugh will return to the radio airwaves Nov. 17
Great news! Looking forward to it!

Supposedly, Bradshaw had that reputation in the Steelers locker room during his tenure there. He tried too hard to be one of the guys. But, I suppose when you win 4 Superbowls no one can complain too much.

I missed RUSH doing his Monday morning "slice and dice" of the Sunday talk shows. No one does it better than RUSH.

I can't wait for Rush to return as I have spent the past few weeks in limbo, not knowing what to say and not knowing what to think. It will be good to know what to say and think again.

Didn't one 'Rat get away with murder... That's the story, but I think there are enough where the crime is not 'alleged' that we don't have to worry about ole TK.
Shalom.

Be careful Ditto Heads Rush is not always Right. Please post a single example of Rush being Left. I am not aware of any, nor was I aware anyone had ever made such an accuasation.
I'm sure all FReepers would love the details.
Shalom.

I have noticed a few liberals at work asking me if I will still listen to Rush now that he has been "exposed" as a "hypocrite." I just say, "Why not? Didn't Clinton make hypocrisy respectable?" They don't like that reply.
To: AlwaysLurking
My guess is when he comes back he'll be a different person, one we won't recognize.
