HOLD ON, SWEET LIBERTY!!! HOWARD DEAN WAS IN TALLAHASSEE YESTERDAY AND HE STATED "Gov. Jeb Bush and the Florida Legislature should be 'embarrassed' for stepping in to keep TERRI SCHIAVO ALIVE", Democratic president Candidate said Tuesday. HOWARD DEAN JUST LOST FLORIDA, on the heels of his comments re: the Confederate Flag. THAT IS EXACTLY AS WRITTEN IN THE ST. PETE TIMES.
Any DEM PREZ CANDIDATE who thinks the rule of law (such as it is) is more important than the "right to life", THEY CANNOT WIN THE SOUTH, NO WAY, NO HOW.
I'll be dropping by the Vigil site this afternoon to see if anything's cooking. If anything's cooking or there are any press conferences, I'll report back to THIS DAILY THREAD. Fregards from Terri's Angels

floriduh - I believe the hearing is today for the judge to decide if HINO is to be replaced as guardian to allow the Shindlers to take over Terri's care. God willing this will happen! We should all pray to not only ask the Lord to soften the heart of that judge but to open his mind to the truth of what has happened here. I believe this is God's will and it will happen!
Removing the HINO not only saves Terri but mutes the fight over Terri's Law, ends the writing of Felos (felon) book, saves the remaining funds available for Terri's rehab, and allows the Shindler's to sue HINO for all past grievances against Terri and the family.
Should the Schindlers be named as guardian, their attorney should IMMEDIATELY file for divorce on Terri's behalf. Let HINO use his own money for legal services (if he can get someone to represent him) as Felon will be long gone once the money is long gone.

I think we should make FoxNews programs aware of his comments.
Is it in the newspapers? This is the first I heard of it.
I guess Howard Dean believes that judges are the supreme rulers of this country. The lesgislature governs, the judges are suppose to interpret the law, not make law. The legislature had every right to clarify the meaning of a law they originally passed. Even Judge Greer agrees with us in his ruling.
"In his order denying the motion, Greer writes that the group's arguments are philosophical and perhaps should be directed to state lawmakers."

But you see, the "rule of law" - as it is now written! - SAYS SHE MUST LIVE.
He's pandering to the liberal anti-Christian, pro-abortion zealots who HATE Bush, and anything connected remotely to anything, moral or ethical.
