This is also the place to post contact information, prayers and general discussion.

If you have something that qualifies as BREAKING NEWS or FRONT PAGE NEWS, please post it on a separate thread in that category in order to give it maximum exposure and then post a link to the article/thread here so that it will be included in the next update of links. Also, if you post links to articles from original sources and there is also a thread on FR, please link to the FR thread. Many original links become corrupt over time and we want to be able to access the information at will.

I know we're all getting tired, but we have to hang in there. This isn't just Terri's fight anymore. It is our fight too. One thing we can all agree upon: Terri has paid a horrible price for selecting the "wrong man." But Jodi hasn't figure it out yet, or has she?

I'm sure my credibility is shot, at least for the rest of today, but I'll throw this out anyway;

bring wheelchairs to the next vigil. Bring bunches of them but bring at least one that can be given to Terri for keeps. Have signs that say "Let Terri see the world" or "Let Terri see our love!".

In my opinion home healths and nursing home staff can provide the same kind of support to a patient as a hospice. The difference I see is that they are supposed to have an extended family program that continues even after the loved one has passed on. Me and mine will decline, after this.

I wonder why she didn't bring that new Floridian, Donna Shalala, with her. Donna could have stood outside the hospice and given a lecture on health-care administration and the need to clear out hospital and nursing home beds so that those who can be "healed" can be accommodated! George J. Felos could have introduced both of these popular Florida women.

That poll starts out, "Do you agree with Michael Schiavo's lawyers...," and right there you know you have read enough. I would not agree with Michael Schiavo's lawyers if they filed a brief saying the sun rises in the east.

She doesn't care. She had no business having kids with him. She is stealing another woman's husband, disregarding her like the husband has done like she isn't a real person. I hope Terri lives to spit in her face. She wants a Catholic Church wedding? Is she insane? She lives in a house that is paid for by Terri's money. According to an article I read, she is a stay at home mom. How can she afford that house? Schiavo's money is also Terri's money. She is his wife and 1/2 of what he has belongs to her, if not ALL of it because he has defrauded her of assets. Disabled or not, she is his wife.

Well, true lady, you took the words right out of Larry King's mouth. Was that also what King really thought but was too "gentlemanly" to say so? Did anyone find out why King cancelled tonight's appearance with the Schindlers?

I just don't get it. If she's dead enough to starve, she's too dead to have privacy.
Schiavo and Felos keep talking about the Terri-that-was-and-is-no-more. They have the exclusive power to divine this Terri's wishes and intentions (sort of like a fictional character, isn't it? They ought to copyright her.)
Problem is, if this Terri died 13 years ago, in Michael's arms as he says, and she has no right to live, because she just doesn't, how does she come by a right to privacy? And a right that they may dispose, at that?
No right to live, no right to eat or drink, but to an abstraction like privacy, their Terri has a right?
No, I just don't get it.

About this supposed 3rd child of MS, born before Terri's collapse...
I've looked, can't find any legal trace of such a person. The latest court documents from the Schindlers' attorney doesn't even refer to a 2nd child, never mind a 3rd. Until I hear it from a source like Pat Anderson, it's a rumor and I think we ought to avoid it and keep to the high ground.

The person who wrote the letter to the newspaper about it, is nowhere to be seen. That's telling.

King seemed unprepared even though I myself as well as others bomarded him with information about Schiavo AND he could have examined www.terrisfight.org himself. I do like him asking Schiavo to take a polygraph as well as asking to take cameras in. That is where the downfall for Schiavo and his hippie lawyer started. I posted before and I will post again: "better to let people think you are a fool than to open your mouth and have it confirmed".

I think it is in the Schindlers best interest to not conduct interviews right now. They have Greer where they want him. The information about Terri is all over the place and FReepers need to know that we are primarily responsible for rallying persons around the world to her cause.

We are messengers of God, we spread prayers and love to people we don't even know and might not ever meet. Why? Because we hope the same for ourselves if we need it. FReepers staying on all hours of the days and nights when Terri's feeding tube was removed. I myself could hardly eat a thing. I stuck to a liquid diet of protein drinks and Slimfast because I could not eat solid food thinking about her.

Yes, we are messagers of God and I will tell you that I firmly believe this site is in operation to bring us together. We don't just believe in God, we vehemently defend his existence.

God is still working this miracle. We must remain steadfast, focused, and true to what he wants us to do. Schiavo and Felos are fighting GOD HIMSELF! YES...GOD HIMSELF!!! How can anyone fight that? It is like an ant fighting a freight train!

We are here at Free Republic for a reason. We are all living and breathing that reason. God has come under attack for too long. We are defending him and he loves us for it.

I don't know Terri Schiavo. I don't know anyone who knows the Schindlers, but I feel the pain they are going through and have agonized to God himself to please help them.

I know all of you have done the same. OUR PRAYERS ARE BEING ANSWERED. KEEP BEING FAITHFUL TO GOD! One day Terri Schindler is going to tell the world her story.
