This is also the place to post contact information, prayers and general discussion.

If you have something that qualifies as BREAKING NEWS or FRONT PAGE NEWS, please post it on a separate thread in that category in order to give it maximum exposure and then post a link to the article/thread here so that it will be included in the next update of links. Also, if you post links to articles from original sources and there is also a thread on FR, please link to the FR thread. Many original links become corrupt over time and we want to be able to access the information at will.

I know we're all getting tired, but we have to hang in there. This isn't just Terri's fight anymore. It is our fight too. Abrams report just had a few minutes with Pat Anderson and George Felos. She got her points in, about lack of therapy and care. Felos said MS has been a "model husband," and that the court dispute between Schindlers and MS was now "over." (She corrected that!)

Model Husband:

1. Prevents wife from receiving appropriate rehab/medical care.
2. Isolates wife from her family and friends.
3. Spends her money on lawsuits rather than for rehab/medical care.
4. Commits adultery.
5. Fathers illegitimate children.
6. Shacks up with new family....so he's only a pseudo-bigamist.

Mary Labyak, George Felos and Michael Schiavo ARE merchants of death no better than William T. Sherman (archetect of Southern and Native American genocide) and Adolph Hitler in my book. The same DEVIL guided the five of them and probably guides you too. In fact I used Marching Through Georgia in one of my recently posted song updates to make the Sherman-Satan-Ho$pice of the Florda $uncoa$t connection that is how strongly I believe that Terri's case is a part of a multi generational CONTINUING "Kill and Burn" Culture!!!!

in nutshell, Connor told them they didn't file things properly , the courts have previously ruled incorrectly and the Gov will not appear before them because they didn't follow the rules????????

Partly, yes. However, as pertains to the judge, the attorney made several VERY IMPORTANT and unusual comments to be addressed to a judge about the judge's order and what the judge's procedures on this matter will be based upon.

The attorney said it very much appears that the judge is preventing Gov. Bush the ability to cross-examine witnesses, obtain discovery so he can properly answer any charges, is allowing "hearsay" into the instant case and, is instead, calling them facts, simply because they were argued/presented in another case, but a case the Governor was not a party to, and, therefore, should not be allowed in AT ALL, unless the Gov. is given the opportunity to refute/admit those facts based on has own discovery; that it appears that the judge has already made up his mind about what "facts" are necessary for him to make a decision.....in essence, the attorney is strongly implying, that the judge is being biased, and by making the decisions he's making, it will be an err in law, not in discretion. An err in law can be appealed. An "err" in discretion cannot.

This comment just sounds too cold and calculated to me. "If I had strangled her".? I don't think an innocent, caring person would respond with the lawyeresque type BS. Lying Jack---!

And I would think that Felos & gang would not want the Gov's legal team to cross examine....Bush could have access to all previous court records pertaining to Terri?

Does this mean also that the challenge to the constitutionality of Terri's law would be dead?
