This is also the place to post contact information, prayers and general discussion.

If you have something that qualifies as BREAKING NEWS or FRONT PAGE NEWS, please post it on a separate thread in that category in order to give it maximum exposure and then post a link to the article/thread here so that it will be included in the next update of links. Also, if you post links to articles from original sources and there is also a thread on FR, please link to the FR thread. Many original links become corrupt over time and we want to be able to access the information at will.

I know we're all getting tired, but we have to hang in there. This isn't just Terri's fight anymore. It is our fight too. Go to terri's link http://www.terrisfight.org then go to Court Documents. It's the top doc in the list. It's only 13 pages long (double-spaced)....since I work at a law firm, and have written many of these, I can explain the gist of some of it to you if it's confusing for you at all....but, IMO, it's pretty clear.

I guess I should clarify, the way the document was written (excellently), as a Memorandum of Law, it is definitely a strong bonk on the head of the judge (personally) and against what the Petitioner did in how they filed their injunction.....Bush's attorney did not rip MS apart in the personal attack, but rather, their "legal" attempt to get around the law/Constitution of Florida.
