Warning to American People Re-issued By Alleged Militants

WASHINGTON, DC: The "Third Warning" to the American people and the media was reposted on a number of jihad forums commonly used for communication to the Islamic fundamentalists interested in advancing terrorist activities. The reposting of this warning in conjunction with the latest release of the audiotape of Osama bin Laden, and specific references to portions of the 8th issue of the "Voice of Jihad" magazine appear to indicate a reinforcement of planned terror operations. ERRI counter-terrorism analysts continue to examine the possibility that the "Voice of Jihad" messages are part of what appears to be a blizzard of misdirection and propaganda messages...or are they an actual "call to arms" being sent by Al-Qaeda-connected personnel?

This is definitely Dutch.
Kijk op mijn site = Look at my site
I don't know anything about Dutch grammar, so I'm unsure exactly how to phrase the other part --
wil = will
je = you
mij = I/me
boeken = book; record; order in advance (verb)
stuur = send
een = an
mail = email
naar = along; to; for

The best site I've found for translation, except for arabic, is http://www.babylon.com

I like it because you don't have to know what language you're entering. You just select English as the translation, and it will give you all translations of that word in the database.

"Smallpox scare turns out to be chickenpox"

By Matt Canham
The Salt Lake Tribune

    ARTICLE SNIPPET: "The specter of smallpox sent Utah's health community into disaster mode Tuesday.
    But after further examination, the scary lesions that dotted a man's body turned out to be an unusual case of common chickenpox.
    Health officials still heralded the day as a successful dry run for their emergency protocols, saying they now know they are prepared for a terrorist attack."

I have never heard of Cosco having any thing on the east coast.

Caught something on the radio about the Seattle and maybe Portland a couple week ago.

To even think about it, well it raises my blood pressure.

"Farhan Bokhari: Pakistan must curb poverty in order to tackle militancy"
 | Special to Gulf News
 | 15-01-2004

OPINION Snippet: "Pakistan's decision this week to toughen punishment against terror financiers is an appropriate measure, but one which is open to criticism for being a bit too late in the day.

More than two years after the terrorist attacks in New York and Washington, it is only now the maximum jail term for offenders has been raised to 10 years from five. Caught in the centre of the proverbial storm for its geographical location next to Afghanistan, Pakistan cannot afford to ever be complacent.

The tougher penalties which coincided with the arrest of nine suspects for plotting the recent assassination attempts against General Pervez Musharraf, the military ruler, came as a powerful reminder of the continued challenge faced by Pakistan in moving convincingly out of its reputation of being a hub for terrorist activities.

Musharraf's decision to join the US-led war on terror after 9/11 may have helped him to avoid getting Pakistan caught in the line of Washington's fire. But such a first step still leaves behind multiple questions over setting a new direction for Pakistan's medium to long term future."

I thought that was some older document. I'll check it out, thanks.

I didn't get into the background of it, but it may be a site that attempts to undermine President Bush, the article on the War College definitely does.

I have been on the Internet since 1999, and had joined a group called the Survival Ring, thought it was on preparing for Y2K, but it was mostly politics.

Which was not all that bad, as they did a good job of finding articles that made the clintons look bad.

A few months after President Bush was in office, a couple of the posters that I still think were one person, started to send "hate Bush" posts to us.

I got a shock, the "hate Bush" posts were word for word what had been said about clinton a few months before, with only the name changed.

Then I didn't know what I do now about the sources (Thanks to the FReepers), but I did start checking sources and found a bunch of arabs, and democrats behind them.

2+2+4, yep, it still does, it is called brainwashing.....

When I go to a site that tells me that we have lost the war and that President Bush does not know what he is doing, then I know that there is heavy brainwashing going on.

I wound up making myself ill, over the fact that they were posting military info from all corners of the U.S., and left the group, after loosing the battle to stop the posts.

That is why I didn't post here, the doc says no excitement, so I waited and found that another FReeper would sooner or later post what I was thinking, with better words.

President Bush is not perfect, but he is our country's only hope.

The commie liberal democrat is running scared, there is no way to win with the truth and they will lie.

I think it is real simple, choose one to cover your back in a battle and you will know who to vote for. It seems from the little that I know, that our military is doing a job in Iraq to be proud of and not yelling that they are all lost.

Only democrats are yelling that we need more men, remember hillary and her trip to Iraq on Thanksgiving, she came back saying that we needed more military.

A lot of the Nam draft dodgers are talking against this war too. Look at Dean, he went skiing.

It must really bother the anti war crowd, we didn't get hit again. If we are attacked by a non muslim, then I will call them a democrat, as more than likely they will be.

OK, Ruth never stayed on topic in her life. LOL

LOL

Tagline was a spur of the moment one, the spell checker always wants capitals.

It was going to be, Peroxide poured on a shallow wound will stop bleeding, buy an extra bottle and one of Virgin Olive Oil.

Olive oil alone, works in the bath, on skin and hair and if all else fails you can cook with it.

The most valuable thing in your survival kit, is a bottle of Lavender Essential Oil from the Health Food Store. You must be sure that it is Essential Oil and not a Fragrance oil.

Used in many ways, for breathing when it is stuffy, you have a cold or high blood pressure and a fast heartbeat. All you have to do is smell it.

A drop on an insect bite is good, stops the itching.

A drop rubbed on Mom's shoulder, under the blouse and then a cranky baby's head placed against the shoulder will relax a croupy baby, so it can sleep.

I have used it on my hands for calming cats after a fight and have to put NO-NO out the door or she won't stop licking.

I gave it to my daughter in law, carry in her purse and help the nerves and upset stomach, she has (for now) finished the radiation treatments and is in the middle of the chemo treatments. Scott tells me she uses it and that it helps.

Theresa has both brain and lung cancer and can use all prayers. She is a wonderful person.

Must be my bedtime.
