Hi sharky! Went shopping earlier
(trying to avoid thinking about what I was SUPPOSED have been doing today. And we've been warding off trolls on some of these threads.
I haven't seen Lynn about since last night. Still early up yonder though. How's it with you? Don't see you out in these parts of the forum too much.

It is horrible. Anybody with eyes that even scratches the surface can see that this is not a woman who is a vegetable, nor is she dying. They want to kill her. That's the short version. Personally, I think the courts are just trying to help the HINO to finish what he started 13 years ago. This is more ghoulish that a horror movie. So then Jeb and the Florida legislature try to do their job and rein in the
judiciary, who are completely out of control, and now the ACLU is screaming "unconstitutional." Well, the ACLU can go straight to
right along with George (I am god) Felos and Michael (I am the biggest
that ever lived) Schiavo! This country has become the USA Titanic, and Satan is at the helm!

We don't know how much he collects when she dies and we may never know -- it may not be "public information." He says he will collect no more, but who could believe him or his "lawyer." One thing for sure, he has the law in FL solidly on his side.

Notice that Schiavo got his award the same month that the American voters elected Bill Clinton to the White House.

I understand the Larry King appearance has been moved to 9 p.m Eastern on Friday, Nov. 7.
To: Theodore R.
You mean the judges.....
I think the new law is not on his side.....but as we have seen judges with an agenda can change that.

I wonder what "kind" of Catholic "priest" will marry Schiavo and Centzone (Sp.?). She has been planning a "church wedding" for some time.
To: Windshark
The lawyer has already written a book....or is writing one. I guess he just has to wait until it has an ending. Perhaps his publishers are getting antsy. Who knows, him and the HINO may have already gotten advance money out of betting on the outcome. There weren't supposed to be more delays. Bunch of filthy scum is all they are. I hope I never have reason to set foot in Florida again....EVER! These monsters are right down there on the same level of humanity (and I use the term loosely) as the Islamic terrorists in my opinion. Maybe worse....at least the terrorists don't lie about wanting to kill people.

You know Schiavo makes ol' Al Capone, who had a part-time Miami residence, seem a little mild by comparison. Capone wouldn't have starved someone to death -- he would have just shot them up front and not missed!

One thing for sure, he has the law in FL solidly on his side. Only insofar as he has a blind judge on his side who's willing to ignore reality when making findings of fact.
With regard to Terri's condition, there's not really enough evidence to prove Greer's decisions wrong (though I would regard them as dubious). But at least two of his other findings defy reason:
- The "fact" that Michael's hearsay regarding Terri's alleged statements constitutes "clear and compelling" evidence of her desire to be fatally dehydrated. Even if Michael's credibility were not in doubt, it would hardly be clear that Terri's remarks, even if she made them, were to be taken as a wish that she be fatally dehydrated if she became incapacitated. If someone says "I wouldn't want to live like that" upon seeing a homeless person, does that mean the person would want to be killed if they lost their house!?
- The "fact" that there isn't even a potential conflict of interest between a wife and an openly-adulterous husband who would have much to gain if the wife died.
Both of these findings of "fact" fly in the face of legislative intent when they put in the "clear and compelling" evidence standard for right-to-die case and the potential conflict of interest standard for guardian-ad-litem appointments.

"I think the new law is not on his side" These judges don't give a flying d**n about the law. The law is what they say it is at any given time. They're not judges....they're dictators!

I wonder what "kind" of Catholic "priest" will marry Schiavo and Centzone (Sp.?). She has been planning a "church wedding" for some time. None in communion with Rome. If Jodi is divorced and her ex-husband is alive, she will have to get an annulment. Same goes for MS unless Terri is dead.
Most any protestant minister would marry them, providing they are legally single.
