Some of us are probably feeling a little deflated today. When the Florida courts appoint a guardian who is NOT supported by Terri's parents, it just makes us sick. However, I suppose this guardian is not liked by the HINO either, since he wanted to remain in charge of Terri's affairs.

Good news that ACLJ (Jay Sekulow) has jumped in to defend
Terri's rights. The ACLJ has proven itself time and time again to be a champion for the family and pro life. (I sent a first-time ever donation to ACLJ after I heard they were taking the case - and it hurt a little cuz I'm not wealthy.)

I think we all need to just hang in there. Hopefully, the Schindler's will have good exposure on Larry King Live this coming week. We need to pray for a turn-around in public opinion.

I keep reminding myself that this is a spiritual battle and though our numbers seem to be weak, we are strong in our convictions and our faith. (Hint: David and Golliath)

I am so grateful and proud to be associated with FReepers who love and cherish Terri's right to life. God bless us all.

How do you think we should go about checking to see if there was insider trading around the same time that Jerger Insurance being taken over by Philadelphia Consolidated?

And shortly before that, Jerger took over a company run by Steve Beaty...how could we find out if there was insider trading on that?

Or are those types of takeovers done in a way that there would have been no insider trading?

I'm not saying that anyone we've mentioned here on FR was involved in "insider trading" (whatever that is), I'm just asking a general question about persons unknown.

The Jerger Insurance subsidiaries gained Philadelphia Consolidated's A+ rating in after they were bought in 1999.

This is an example of the doublethink Terri is up against. Black is now white and grey don't matter. I'm trying to get a sense of how things are shaping up outside this forum. Appears to me to be about 5 in favor of starving Terri (eliminating her because she's a drag now) versus 3 for keeping her alive, and that's being optimistic. The actual figures may be worse.

I found this LIBERAL? website, and the comments are almost OVERWHELMINGLY pro-Terri:

What I like the NRO article is that is provides in easily digestible form the questionable and unsettling aspects of this case. Maybe it has already been posted here. I can't keep up with all the info.

Some new insights into the case and relationship today's Philadelphia Inquirer online

"Scott Schiavo disputes the Schindlers' claims that Terri and Michael were having problems.

"But, he said, the couple had been arguing all day on Feb. 25, 1990. Terri collapsed that night."

Also tells more about her sweet disposition and that they were married November 1984 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Southampton.
