Do "we" have a date yet for the re-assignment hearing for guardian?
(Until the HINO is out of that position, Terri is still threatened with bad care/harmful lack-of-care, and Terri's family will still be dragged through mud every day...)

I think Felos is hoping to get the law overturned before the court appoints a GAL or before the opposition can find a way to toss the HINO out of the role of primary guardian. I don't see how that's acceptable though. I thought it was specified that a GAL would be appointed in 5 days from the time of Gov. Bush's executive order. Is the governor aware that this is apparently NOT being carried out?
